When i write poetry i feel so free

sometimes its best to get things off of your chest

I love poems that i can relate to

It makes you feel like your not alone in any stress

From stanza’s to metaphors

A poem have so much rhythm even when it don’t rhyme

I love the way the words capture you and make u think

And the way authors get they point across

Im thinking of writing a poem

trying to think of anything

But northing’s pops to my head

I’m writing thing down , that comes to my head

but nothing goes together

so i ask my sister, for any ideas

she had nothing

so i took a walk, for inspiration

but had no luck

ever been kidnapped smoothly
with the lyrics of a song?
when i begin to sing,
my sing would keep you hostage.

I’d keep you in the melody
let your mind sway with the beat
into the hot Miami beach
or maybe just to your soft fluffy pillow.

in the mist of the rain
in time of the pain
the guitars and drums would join you
and beat all the trouble away.

yeah yeah

if i was a song

i would smoothly kidnap u

into no tomorrow

Stanza one and stanza two
I write about you
Stanza three and stanza four
I write about our love

On top of the page
I write our name in a heart
When writing that poem
I daydreamed of us never being apart

Everytime I put my pen to paper
You come to my mind
Never writing the blues
Just metaphors similar to you

You can see a copy of the poem
But the orginial is written on my heart
The only way “Endless Love” can be destroyed
Is if our love grows apart.

Like poetry to me you are something to read.

And this is what i’ll do so listen and take Heed.

Like that of a METAPHOR I compare you to those in my past.

Your most like the BLUES for you cut deep and you last.

HAIKU in the way that if not in a certain form your just not right.

When you feel certain emotions like the CHANT in a poem you’ll put up a fight.

Like the last line of a LIMERICK off topic you tend to slip…

I Guess ironically this is the foundation of our relationship.

Writing poetry

Is something that means a lot to me

It relaxes the mind

And you talk about the way you feel inside

You can express your feelings to yourself

Or maybe to somebody else

Is something that you can enjoy

Like playing with your favorite toy

So if you are a poet

Thats a special talent and you should hold on to it

I have alot of thought in my mind,

writing poetry is what reliefs me.

Using metaphoric words that personify me.

Giving the reads many stanzas that are full of imagery.

Alot of literary elements expressing my view of humanity.

Calling for all to live in peace and unity.

It amaze people when they see a young man who thirst for justice,

intelligence, peace and equality.

Read alot of history, what I learn lives inside of me, comes out in

poetry, manifest in my vocabulary.

Someone who seeks truth and humbleness that’s how my poetry define me.
